How Teaching Became My Life's Purpose

“When I was little, my mom noticed that every time I made a mistake, I would write her an apology letter. One day, she brought me a journal and told me to write everything I felt inside it. That’s how my love for writing began at age seven.

At ten, my father found me teaching a group of imaginary students. The next day, he brought a blackboard, handed me chalk, and said something that shaped my life: ‘To teach is to learn twice.’

Growing up, I read stories of leaders and revolutionaries like Shaheed Bhagat Singh, and I learned early that creating change brings me purpose. Teaching, writing, and helping others grow became my calling. That is the fire behind The Learners Pathway.” I’ve worked with children, teenagers and young adults for years — board students, IELTS aspirants, competitive exam learners — and no matter where they came from, I kept seeing the same truth:

Smart students were failing in writing, not because they lacked knowledge… but because they lacked a system.

They knew the content. They had the vocabulary. They had ideas.

But their essays were still: long, messy, unfocused, and painfully low-scoring.

In counselling sessions, parents would tell me, “My child knows everything, but it doesn’t show in writing.”

Students would admit, “Ma’am… I struggle with expanding an essay. I just write whatever comes to my mind.”

And that’s when it hit me:

We’ve turned essay writing into a guessing game. Schools throw topics. Coaching centres throw templates. YouTube throws shortcuts and “top 10 tips.”

But nobody is teaching the one thing students actually need: a thinking system that works in any exam, any subject, anywhere in the world.

So I decided to build what I wish every student had before walking into an exam hall.

I took everything I’ve used inside my academy —

✔ deep decoding strategies

✔ anxiety-calming tools 

✔ university-level planning methods 

✔ the MEAL paragraph structure 

✔ powerful clarity tools 

✔ real task-response training

And I built one universal writing engine.

A system that doesn’t depend on memorising formats. A system that removes confusion, panic, and “I hope this works.” A system that works whether the student is writing for boards, IELTS, college, UPSC,  or any competitive exam.

The Universal Essay System exists because no teenager should lose marks for knowing too much but writing it poorly. 

This course gives them the clarity they were never taught, the structure they always needed, and the confidence they deserve.

It’s not just an essay course. It’s a lifelong skill. It’s the missing foundation. It’s the advantage every 15+ student should have.
