Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling: You may reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment at no extra charge. Cancellation (More than 24 Hours Before): Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the session will be fully refunded to the original payment method. Cancellation (Within 24 Hours): Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment or no-shows are non-refundable. Credit Policy: Your counselling fee will be fully credited toward any TLP program you choose to enroll in.
